Processing and Shipping:

  • All items are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

  • Orders placed on a business day before 6 PM PST will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

  • All items can be expected to ship within 3 business days from the date of order.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard shipping rates apply to all domestic orders.

  • We offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost.

International Shipping:

  • International orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, duties, fees, and customs based upon the destination and the item(s) purchased.

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by their local government upon delivery.

Shipping Notifications:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

  • Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges and Store Credits

Refunds:

  • Tendler does not offer refunds. We are, however, happy to assist you should you wish to exchange your order or receive store credit.

Exchange Policy:

  • All exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of product(s).

  • To initiate an exchange, please submit an inquiry using the contact button with the subject line "Exchange: [order number]" and the items you wish to exchange in the body of the email.

  • Returned packages must be sent to Tendler within 72 hours of exchange initiation.

  • The customer is responsible for insurance and shipping fees for returns/exchanges.

  • Tendler reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged in any way.

  • All merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and the original packaging must be intact.

Store Credit:

  • To request store credit, please submit an inquiry using the contact button with the subject line subject line "Store Credit: [order number]" and the items you wish to exchange for credit in the body of the email.

  • Store credits will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

  • Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Tendler is not responsible for the maintenance of your merchandise and will not accept returns or exchanges for any items damaged by exposure to water, mistreatment, sweat, fragrance, cosmetic, or beauty products.

  • All items undergo quality control and are closely inspected prior to shipping; however, should you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with detailed photos and your order number.
